I was wondering, I've created 2 communities (game related) and I see I have a few subscribers. Is it possible to see who subscribed?

I was wondering, I've created 2 communities (game related) and I see I have a few subscribers. Is it possible to see who subscribed?
This should be a standard feature.
In addition, there should be an individual profile option to hide the communities that I'm subscribed to from anyone viewing the profile.
