Guys I think I've found a hack to appreciate sleep better
Step 0 : Plan on waking up at whatever time and set your alarm for it.
Step 1: Set another alarm for 3AM
Step 2: Wake up at 3AM and get excited knowing that you can sleep longer.
Step 3: Profit

Set a 2nd alarm for when I'm about to go to sleep? I'm skeptical.
