Can I play it on my Steam Deck?

Good question, I feel like being such a major release makes it a show-in for at least targeting compatibility with the Steam Deck

The engine is probably held together with bubble gum and scotch tape at this point, so this isn't too surprising. I am interested in seeing how the game performs on PC though.

I am jacks complete lack of surprise.

However I'm still interested. 30 fps isn't a deal breaker for me. I'll be waiting until user reviews are out. I'm hoping this might scratch the itch that Elite Dangerous and Outer Worlds couldn't quite reach.

I would rather have 60FPS, but it its a smooth 30 it won’t be unbearable.

Idk, if I don't get a constant 60 I just can't bear playing any game on my ps5. Probably because I've never had a PS3 or a PS4 where 30fps was normal. Was really looking forward to this game.

30fps! How is this still a thing but then again it's Bethesda, they are not known for their optimisation.

I should have known something was up when the presentation wasn’t disappointing enough.

I don't even trust presentations anymore, I wait until it's released and the reviews start rolling in.

That’s fair, I’ve been burned so many times now on smoke and mirrors presentations. (looks at Cyberpunk 2077)

Ha! Yeah that's exactly the one I was thinking about as I wrote that comment. I have to say though in a world with day one patches, incomplete games, micro transactions and various other crap, I'm finding it increasingly hard to be hyped for any game these days.

Dude…. Ouchhhhhh. That sucks.

Even on the Series X! I guess I won’t be playing this at launch now. There is no excuse for any modern game not to run at least at 60fps on the Series X or PS5
