I have tried on both android and ios. Haven't been able to recreate the issue. Could you please post a link to a screen cap.

Thanks for that, you can delete the video. Could you also let me know your device model so we can test on an emulator

Samsung A42, Android. When trying with your profile, there is no problem tho.

The plot thickens. What a weird bug, happens only to certain profile on certain devices.

Turns out I now see 2 notifications on the bell in the menu. The app now closes as I click on the bell
