Anyone knows how much cheaper this could probably be if I were to be preparing this for a week. Any idea if it’ll last? I hardly get any time to eat reasonably healthy stuff (which taste good haha).
I bet you could get it to under $3 a meal if you meal-prep it. It will keep for a week easy as long as it is airtight in the fridge. Just be sure to reheat it in a pan with water, butter, and salt to recapture the natural flavors and textures of the dish
As someone who’s lived in a country where food intends to be very low fat and many times even vegetarian. Does pasta like this really feel “healthy” tho? I’d probably love to eat this every day and it probably tastes great but I’ve always found pasta to be a bit too “cheesy” iykwim.
It depends on the pasta. This one has cream, but virtually no cheese other than Romano, and it’s just thrown on top so it’s easy to remove. In my opinion a lot of the very best pasta sauces have little to no dairy at all
Hmmm is $10 considered less for homemade pasta?
Let's be honest. Spegetti styled pasta >>>>

Italians do live the longest. They probably have something figured out.
