Vegetarian healthy food suggestions?

My HDL levels are lower then expected so I am becoming fully veg for 1 year.

I live alone in manglauru and I do not want to to eat idli every day, What food can I make that will be fast, healthy and veg?

Oats with milk is a good option for breakfast. Don't buy roasted, go for rolled oats or steel cut oats.

Museli is also good but is full of sugar a lot of times. Paneer and pulses are enough for protein.

Carbs from rice is bad, go for chapati instead. Not to be made with maida obviously.

3-4L of water will be perfect. Get good rest (7-8 hours).

Thanks. I hate pulses honestly. Also museli is weird bro I am hardly able to find one without sugar.

Just coz it’s veg does not mean it will lower your cholesterol. Avoid all deep friend things even if it’s veg. Puris and and all are also a NO. Make chutney in bulk and keep at the start of the week. Get a press toaster they are very cheap and eat plenty off chutney toasted sandwiches with cut vegetables of your choice. Very healthy stuff 👍

Best really. This week I have made a lot of chutney and kept. And to mix things up I will also be making paneer sandwiches.
