Anon goes on a diet

i finally told my doctor that I wasn't able to do it on my own. My whole adult life I've been trying to lose weight, and always felt like a failure. Even when I really buckled down, I'd lose a few kilos, but then put them back on, every time. I have always loved to exercise, but my intake always exceeded my outflow.

A big part of the problem is that I couldn't remember NOT being hungry. Anytime somebody said "do you want to eat?" my answer was always yes. And when in calorie deficit, I would be constantly thinking about when my next meal would be, what I could eat, it was all consuming, if you'll pardon the pun.

Getting medical help has been life changing. I've lost 15 kilos over the course of 7 months and I hope to continue that steady decline. The drugs silence the constant food noise. I feel like this must be what normal people feel like.

It is actually up to each competition, not even each union, to have a Disciplinary Committee. But those judiciary structures roll up for appeal purposes. So for my location in North America, our union DC rolls up to the USA Rugby DC, which rolls up to Rugby Americas North DC, which rolls up to World Rugby. The same is true for Faz - the RFU rolls up to Six Nations Rugby, which I believe then rolls up to WR.

Billy Vunipola Banned for Three Games

Oh thank the lord the judiciary system has seen some sense. Yay for him, yay for Faz

ETA after RTFA:

“Having acknowledged mitigating factors including his exemplary previous record, immediate apology and remorse, and noted the absence of any aggravating factors, the committee reduced the six week entry point by three weeks,” Six Nations Rugby said in a statement.

Immediate apology and remorse? WHAT? Did they watch the replay? He just couldn't help yelling at the ref. Paul Williams is far more nonchalant then I would have been. I might've shown him the red right there.
