Wow. As a little girl, not only was I forced to attend a conservative church and church school, I was constantly told crap like I would go straight to hell (for the crime of disagreeing and wanting to read books my mother didn’t approve of). This was in the 80’s.
No longer conservative or religious.

He may have been an actual human, but a lot of the stories were taken from previous religions. It’s like a bad bunch of fanfic. Plus I read they voted on him being a god.

Can attest to that. I tried starting a new reddit account with an anonymous email just to talk to people. Apparently reddit assumed I was a bot and shadow banned me within a week. Never had that with any other emails.

I used to game a lot & had to quit due to the expense. But was a long-time PC gamer. (Gen X, started when I was 10 and we got our first PC.) It’s definitely possible to quit, but most won’t do so unless age or economic constraints force them to.
