It has happened before. It can happen anywhere.
The Washington Post reported in December 2022 that hackers had planted evidence on Swamy's computer.
Jailed without trial under terrorism laws with "evidence" never presented. But surely such draconian laws only exist in India.

Discussion: Do smartphone benchmarks matter?
Given the cost of phones lately, everything matters! I was seriously looking to buy a new phone since the one I have is showing its age at 4 years. I looked at specifications, performance and reviews. You can buy smartphones now for similar screen, cam & battery specs but widely different pricing. Benchmarks gives me a rough idea on how the performance of a lower priced smartphone will compare to what I have right now or a more pricer phone. Is it the only reason for me to choose a smartphone? No. Is it one of the points that I look at to see how much bang do I get for my hard earned money, absolutely! Given that phones have become outrageously expensive, I want to know how much more I am paying for a given "improvement"

Help getting enough protein
It could be useful to better understand what your meals look like to know how much protein is missing from your target. I just looked at some whey protein and it gives around 30g of protein for 160ish calories per serving. This can potentially be a way to double you lunch protein intake. If you are looking for a 0 effort way to add say 30gs of protein, then you can add this as well. I personally think the suggestions from the other folks make sense. Simply adding more chicken, yougurt and cottage cheese can boost the protein levels without too much of an effort. In summary: give us more information to help us figure things out. I also feel like just you getting this information will help you understand the best way to adapt your diet to get the right amount of protein.

We No Longer Need a Big Carrier’s Wireless Plan. Discount Ones Are the Way.
Reply in thread
You get 35fb of roaming and if I haven't mistaken you can still call mobiles and landlines for free under their 20eur plan. If that is cheaper than what you have in the US, probably go for that? Use a US sim not for data but just so that someone can call you.

Google is retiring its Gmail Basic HTML view in January 2024
The HTML view help so much when I was in areas with very slow internet. I used it rarely, but none the less, it was nice to be able to count on that if needed. Not anymore, shame.
