"Don't Puch down" is good rule to live by.
Maybe the rich/privileged are controlling/influencing so much of our lifes that this counts as your own pain.

You keep using this phrase "common sense". I don't think you exactly know what it means.

The Zuck suck is in full swing.
Funny enough the screen density thing could just be display optimization, did some web development and that would've been useful. But hoy shit the rest is really bad. Good thing I live in the EU and won't be tempted.

Why still using the imperial system?

~3.2mm. I can't think of any real world application which needs fraction of a millimeter which doesn't include ah calculator and some damn exact measuring tools.

Hate those 5 years old collaborateurs. They're the worst..
But you're right. Germany had a lot of Nazis in power after WW2.

What's your Google Maps open-source replacement?
Reply in thread
Currently on vacation and switched to organic maps for the trip. Some stuff is awesome and some is kinda counter intuitive. Try to stick with it for now and see if I get used to it.

Take2 tried it with Battleborn, but failed miserably. Sincerely hoping Valve is more successful. I would love to play a 1st person moba.

I liked chronicles. Not for Riddick, but for the Necromongers and Karl Urban. Cool villains.

What is the best steampunk game (ttrpg)?
There is Kerberos Club which comes in three editions: wild talents, Fate and Savage Worlds. Think of it as a super hero game set in the Victorian era similar to the league of extraordinary gentlemen. I've the wild talents edition which has an awesome system but it's really niche.
I've read the Victoriana 2nd edition and it reminded me a little bit of Shadowrun in the Victorian era, but without the crunch. I quite liked it.

Hit by worker shortage, German city gets students to drive trams
Reply in thread
Pay for tram operators here in Germany isn't that bad actually. Yes could definitely be more, but we've a general worker shortage here so that plays a lot into it.
