Ukraine tells critics of slow counteroffensive to 'shut up'
The comment threads here are weird. Who, in their right mind, would ever support a country like Russia? It's mind blowing.

The closer I got to Christ, the less republican I became. I had to actually stop going to church because my views changed so drastically, the other church members were attacking me. It's certainly crazy to discover that mainstream Christianity today is anything but.

I think I can argue that smaller businesses would be able to iterate and make these changes quicker...
What fan manufacturers are small businesses anyway?

Biden pushes new student loan repayment plan as bills loom for tens of millions

Explain how you came up with point one. The well to do will not qualify or benefit from this at all. Its based on income and is definitely skewed to benefit well off people at all.

Glenn Greenwald Claims AOC and Democrats ‘Voted For the War In Ukraine’
It's so weird to see how far we've fallen in this country. Whether good or bad, we used to proudly stand with nations fighting for their right to independence and democracy. We used to be proud fighters of freedom. Now the party that's all about freedoms and war, want to hide like the cowards they really are. I guess it just hits different when it's your Nazi buddies trying to invade a country....

Supreme Court kills Biden student loan relief plan

I'm not really sure where your weird take on this comes from, but the lowest economic class does not get enough pell grants and financial aid to not have to take out student loans.. and middle class absolutely took out loans. The wealthy had their college paid for, mostly by paying right out of pocket. The people who can afford to make the payments do, and did. This was never about hand outs or freebies.
For the last 12 years, if you would have been paying attention, was packed full of predatory lending practices on students because they have no choices. It's either pay and not afford rent, not pay and suffer wage garnishments, or take part in there programs where you can at least pay a little bit see your balance skyrocket because you aren't even paying the interest on it. There. Were. No. Options. And before you go into the BS about, then go to trade school: need flash - trade schools were packed and no one was hiring. It was either better you skill set, or fight for the low wage fast food jobs.
The loan forgiveness was meant to right the wrongs that happened under republican leadership of these programs.
It's ridiculous that I even have to explain this. It's like people choose to be blind and worship the people stepping on their heads with their heels.

Charges Dropped Against Philly Cop Who Killed Man Sitting In Car
Reply in thread
I read the news articles yesterday about this as it was really my first time hearing about this situation. They way it was explained really made me gravitate towards "he had a knife. The other officer shouted it was a gun, so when it was pointed he just shot before being shot.."
Then I looked up the body cam.. holy shit did my opinion change in a hurry. The officer that said he had a weapon pulled up right next to the car. Like so close he had to squeeze between the vehicles. What cop does that?! The cop that shot him ran right up to the driver's side of the car. Like right up on him. If you have your gun out and you are afraid of the dude, why would you do that?! There were lots of opportunities to take up a defensive position and start talking.. you could see into the car on the cops body cam at shit quality. You're telling me he couldn't tell the difference between a gun and knife?!

I was boner. It was back in the day of BBS' and my handle was lone wolf. So they started calling me loner... Then one day Bill decided "we should just call you boner". I said " oh please don't". I shouldn't have said that.
In the end it wasn't all that bad. I wasn't particularly good looking but when girls heard that, they would ask why they call me that I would just say "it's a long and very stupid story" it made them even more interested in me. LOL

Idea for push-up counting app
Or you could have them place the phone on their back and use the sensors to detect the up and down movement then audibly count the reps.

I'd rather it be that then what we used to deal with.. 6 month old apps that never got any more updates because the dev has no incentive to keep developing it.

Goodbye Youtube and thanks for all the fish

So help me out here.. I've tried to ditch YouTube a couple of times. I currently have a family premium sub. Since it's now like 22 a month, I'd love to save it for something else.
I watch a ton of electronics repair, ham radio, and car repair channels. Some of these channels have only 2k to 100k subs, some much less, like 10. I also look up a lot of how to repair videos a lot when working on my own broken crap (lawn mower, washer, etc).
I tried peertube twice and it's just not it. Nebula doesn't have the content. What else is there? I just can't seem to find a good replacement. Once I can find something for myself, it might be possible to get my wife and kids switched, but it would have to be a lot of gaming videos, make-up tutorials, and freaking happy planner stuff..... I just don't think any other service is going to have this content.
I do prefer finding blog style articles for the repair stuff, but it seems that ship has sailed now. Everything is a video now.
