Amazon terminates iRobot deal, Roomba maker to lay off 31% of staff
If it’s any consolation those people would have been laid off no matter what happened. That’s how we do things now apparently

It’s ok to admit that you don’t understand how the models were trained and that it in no way “screwed up”.

I would hate to see your code if you think ChatGPT’s code works great. I’m guessing you’ve never asked it do anything complex.

Call me a skeptic but I’d be willing to bet small amounts of money that Amazon would absolutely lay some or all of these people off after the initial onboarding.

If you resold Taylor Swift Eras Tour tickets, the IRS is watching — A new rule from the IRS is punishing those who resold tickets for more than $600 in profit with a tax penalty
Reply in thread
I don’t understand what your point is. Of course this doesn’t impact Ticketmaster. They already pay taxes on income generated from selling tickets, so nothing changes. I can’t tell if you’re just saying dumb shit to get upvotes from other idiots or truly don’t have a clue.

Texas drunk drivers will now have to pay child support if they kill a parent, guardian

That’s just about the least convincing take I’ve ever heard. You can absolutely punish the person who made the decision to impair themselves beyond the ability to make rational decisions. They came from the same decision to get drunk by the sober person. A person who has a propensity to get drunk and drive is a danger to everyone and needs to be dealt with accordingly.
