No, marriage to a U.S. citizen does not automatically make someone a U.S. citizen. Marriage to a U.S. citizen makes the spouse eligible for U.S. lawful permanent residence through a process with a lot of paperwork and waiting. After 3 years of lawful permanent residence they become eligible for citizenship if the couple remains married.

Many people in The US who are trying to save for retirement attempt to have fewer dividends since that becomes taxable income. They would prefer just a higher stock value and pay the taxes later when presumably they are retired and in a lower tax bracket. That premise is probably good but you never know how the government is going to change up tax rates in the future.

DisplayPort standard is open. The interface is fully defined in the standard including the physical “hardware” layer. You can, and number of others have, made open source implementations for it. You will have to use some closed source elements provided by the FPGA to implement the physical layer.
