I put off watching Shoresy for a while, just because I liked Letterkenny so much I didn't want to be disappointed. I think that I like Shoresy even more.

Sometimes talking to your Representatives office will help. I've been stopped at the San Diego border, and in Miami (late '80s and late '90s respectively). It was a different time, and I was just a smart-ass asshole until they finally let me go, but these days it's so much darker.

Oh man, what a bummer. I went to my doctor over a decade ago with all the symptoms and my doctor ran some blood tests and just kind of shrugged like,"Hey, I tried, good luck." The stupid, annoying, fatigue for no reason gets me so angry (or depressed as the moments change).

Oh, that's easy. The draconian measures that I support are to be used on them, not me and my folk!

It is so weird watching Republicans systematically destroy the country. I know, I know, both sides, blah, blah. Things weren't going great before (for decades) but this speed run just is amazing to live through. And, even more so, asshole MAGAts still support these treasonous assholes.

Hey, I hope your recovery is going OK. I've had a couple relatives have to deal with strokes and the different levels of recovery really freak me out.

Just for those that don't know: Medicare Advantage is a fucking scam and is not Medicare.

It is not more pervasive here, it's just the hypocrisy is hard to take. Go to most parts of the world and you'll see racism still alive and kicking. It's just the US we have constantly patted ourselves on our backs for being the "melting pot" of the world, or the "salad bowl" as we were later described. Yet reality and history show that was, and is, just hypocritical bullshit.

Reporters are so trained not to make themselves part of the story that they are unable to respond when they are forced to be part of the story. Also, corporate news, sponsors, etc.
