I also prefer Signal, but I think the point here is that Delta Chat is decentralized.

Tesla Claimed 8,669 Canadian EV Rebates as the Program Ran Out of Funds… That’s 1.5 Sales Per Minute

Tesla has always had problems with quality. In an attempt to increase profit and decrease production time Tesla has sacrificed quality control.
Many customers feel the need to do it themselves. So many do this that there are even people making money of it.
Tesla has always been like this. That's why they have mostly been cheap compared to competition.

What's your superpower?
I have abnormally good colour vision.
I have no idea what to do with this.
Found out when studying photography. We did some colour tests that get gradually harder. You are supposed to fail at some point. I kept on passing all of them. My "regular" vision is just normal though.

Sounds like someone is little bit cranky. You've been using proprietary software, haven't you? It's all right. Try this. It'll help.

Privacy WIN! Apple & Android Unite for Secure Messaging
As long Google keep it proprietary, you have to assume it's not good for privacy. Google lies about privacy all of the time. It's barely been two months since the last time they were found guilty. This is how they operate. It's just a business expense.

It's an old and widespread myth. I think many people continue to believe it because it's uncomfortable when the skin/wound under a band-aid gets moist. I only learned that it is bullshit because my mom (a nurse) told me when I tried to do it as a kid.

I'm Norwegian. I feel like we are bribing all of you with a 10 dollar bill in hopes that you don't ask why we are sitting on a pile of 100 dollar bills. As a large exporter of oil and gas we make shitloads of money from fucking up the planet on several levels. So much of what we sell end up as microplastics, air pollution or worse.
We also make money on war.
The invasion of Ukraine affected the prices and made us an EXTRA 150000000000 USD just in 2022. Many Norwegians wanted to give it to Ukraine but we ended up keeping it. It's disgusting.

I've actually done this tho
I do this with light rail. Takes 6 minutes with slow walking included. It's pleasant.
Especially in the winter. I live in Norway, so if I use a car I wait for the engine to warm up before driving. (It's better for the engine.) This and removal of ice and snow easily takes more than 6 minutes. I'm really glad I don't have a car.

What do you use for notes?
I use Joplin. The functionality is nice, but visually the app looks a little outdated in my opinion. It's worth it though.

What are some things a conspiracy theorist has told you?
A friend of mine was a Nazi and believed that Jews controlled lots of stuff. He believed that they were trying to destroy white people through race mixing and therefore made the country take in more immigrants. He's getting treatment in prison now.

I really like 2FA as long as it's TOTP and I can use an offline app or program for it. It just works and is very easy and secure.

Google in 2008:
By saying “common”, we mean to include names which are in widespread daily use, rather than giving immediate recognition to any arbitrary governmental re-naming. In other words, if a ruler announced that henceforth the Pacific Ocean would be named after her mother, we would not add that placemark unless and until the name came into common usage.

That's not the official site. It has an old version (July 2024) and the file might contain malware. You can safely download the latest version from GitHub and find their updated guide there.
If you don't want to use Github, you can use the site they have linked to which is https://smarttubeapp.github.io/

Your coworker may have small testicles.
Sorry. I tried to find out what would happen if you swallowed borax. There are several other reasons not to, but I couldn't stop picturing a conspiracy theorist talking about chemtrails and taking a sip of ball shrinking juice. Maybe he even thinks that it's from chemicals in the tap water and therefore increases his borax dose.

What are the possible ways a computer can kill you?
Fire
Electrocution
Blunt trauma
This is especially dangerous if you're a data hoarder. It's a slippery slope that can result in you scalping stuff like old DVRs for drives. Your computer might get very heavy.

I'm not going to use a proprietary protocol to chat through Google's (Jibe) servers running proprietary software. Even if the messages are e2ee, Google can still collect metadata. Google never provides anything for free and collection of data is kinda their thing.
