Best option would be Ampere by Brian_trapp on the Play Store. App is super easy to use and has both charging and discharging levels.

Not that it will solve all of its problems, but I really hope the Microsoft acquisition goes through. Now being F2P, Overwatch has the capability to be as big as Fortnite with the right guidance. Such a shame they've moved to this predatory pricing model.
