Lemmy does feels like what Reddit was 10-12 years ago. Smaller communities but great threads and discussions.

This is often overlooked. The conversations are great on the niche or smaller communities available on reddit and the experience is great. But for the most part, frontpage and every other sub has been taken over by repost bots or repeated jokes or politics.

Installed CachyOS two weeks back and I don't think I'm ever going back to windows on a personal machine. It's refreshing to not see copilot or one drive pop ups on every third click. I missed that clean OS feel for long.

This is one of my issue with Jellyfin. It's a workaround to install the app onto Tizen. Updates are again manual. But zero issues since installation and runs smooth.
