What a colossal fuckup on the part of Kia/Hyundai. I’m in the market for a 3-row EV and have been keeping my eye on the Kia EV9. But now my wife is not keen on getting ANY car with either brand, just due to the increased attention and potential fuckery from troublemaker kids.

Alternatively: get a used Vitamix on eBay or elsewhere. We did that last year and saved 50% on the cost vs new (I want to say it was $200 vs over $400 new). From what I’ve read a Vitamix like the 5200 is pretty easy to get parts for if something breaks on it.
