And compiler. And hardware architecture. And optimization flags.
As usual, it's some developer that knows little enough to think the walls they see around enclose the entire world.

Science
Just pointing, but people had been speculating about tectonic plates for a really long time. A century before geologists finally allowed one of them to point it and accepted looking into it, fringe scientists already had an overwhelming amount of evidence.

Nobody is really talking about Reddit dropping value since they banned Luigi posts and sided with Musk to remove communities

Kinda...
For comparison, the S&P 500 felt 4% on the period, Nasdaq felt 7%. So 30% is really noteworth, Redddit is one of the stocks pulling the index down. But it's not alone, and blaming it on any random cause isn't right.

Why do European Leftist call their government's right wing despite having free healthcare?
Seems like you are from the US.
As much as "left" and "right" carry any meaning anywhere, in your country those words have been redefined to the point they are completely meaningless.
If you have any left-leaning organized political movement, it never makes the news. You only have extreme right.

Well, compared to what the other side is doing, "nothing" is a lot more productive.
But he did do the normal "China is currently mad with the US" stuff, like banning the export of rare-earths.

Nah, they are fairly common rocks.
We can even use extremely common ones, but the just a little bit uncommon ones need an easier forming spell.

Nah, it's stupid either way.
"5e-7" is not an int to be parsed. Neither is "0.5".

how do they decide where to put bus stops?
If you are expecting consistency from something like this, you should try getting involved in local politics at least once.
Whatever way you imagine for deciding it, the answer is yes, they do that.
Do they gesstimate? Yes!
Do they hire engineers to guesstimate? Yes!
Do they concede to popular pressure? Yes!
Do they concede to money pressure? Yes!
Do they use the placement to guide the city's evolution? Yes!

No way Bash is lawful, or Malbolge is chaotic... And no way C++ is lawful either.
Did you just throw the languages around at random? At least Perl fell on the right place...
