Don't be that guy.

It depends on if the first guy is complaining about having to reinstall this specific software, or if the software borked his entire system to the point that he has to reinstall his entire OS. Because that happened to me once. But in the first scenario he is being a dick, and in the second one not so much.

Fox News Has Kicked My Pillow Out Of Its Advertising Bed

was paused due to the fact Mike Lindell hasn’t been able to finance the commercials and this was communicated to his media agency at length.”

Oh, they didn't stop because he's an insurrectionist who wants to overthrow democracy, but because he can't pay his bills. "Kicked out" implies a moral stand, but he's just broke.

They dropped his broke ass because he can't pay for his commercials.

It depends on how big a monopoly your local internet provider has. Mine has a total monopoly. We have a data cap but we can pay 50$ extra a month to get rid of it. It's a total scam.

not this again

Jesus is chilling with his friends, some call them disciples, but that's not really fair. They were the only ones who believed in him when times were rough, and he treasures that. They're having a few beers, a few laughs, enjoying life.

Suddenly a voice calls out though space and time "Jesus, take the wheel" and an eldritch spell summons Jesus to a metal coffin, hurtling down a river made of stone at speeds which shouldn't even be possible. Jesus can't even believe what is happening. What the fuck, he screams as he desperately spins the wheel in his hands and flips over into a ditch.

Unity ring in the new year by firing 1,800 people in the name of "long-term and profitable growth"

They tried to appease the shareholders rapacious greed by changing their business model to include royalties and other random fees, but that failed so now they've laid off 25% of the workforce to free up a lot of cash short term. This is a desperation move and they're never going to be able to provide the endless growth the shareholders demand. But the shareholders will be appeased for the next few months. So I guess it's a win?

Moms for Liberty school board member busted for shoplifting from Target

Reply in thread

Moms for Liberty isn't a real grassroots organization anyways, which might explain all the scandals from it's hypocritical members. They're being funded by the Heritage Foundation and others to push an anti-LGBTQ agenda. They had early success when no one was paying attention to them, but they largely got wrecked in the last elections and this year they'll do even worse. After that the funding will dry up and they'll be completely forgotten, but in a few years another group with a similar name will pop up being funded by the same ghouls.
