yeah Nürnberg doesn't have an established university and shares the major one from Erlangen, because of this you will find probably more English speaking people in Erlangen. But subcultures don't align general rules.

27k people doesn't sound too much but it depends on the lurker ratio

Previously there were 5 - 10 Github notifications per day; now they have risen to over 100 daily.

They should diversify their maintainer set and adopt more hierarchy if they can't keep up with notifications
