I'm curious why there is no illegal and nsfw contenton peertube. Like I cannot find any porn there or for example pirated movies. I'm not into looking for this, but why there is no such things? Peertube seems like an easy way to spread such videos, while its not, why so? Is there some censorship in it or what? Hypothetically what if I wanted to make a new pornhub, but federated on peertube? Let's assume I have the money for servers, making an instance and I have content, is there anything that would make it impossible?

I try to use "private DNS" option in my phone's settings, but it often does not work, and therefore privacy cannot be protected all the time. Sometimes I just cannot even ping other servers by IP (like 1.1.1.1) because of it. My question is: WHY this function requires hostname (so you need to query some other plain text DNS before reaching encrypted DNS)? Also if I understand well, it uses DNS over TLS, but I'm curious why not DNS over HTTPS (which seems like a reliable solution since I have it configured in my browser and there is never a problem with it...also it uses IP address instead of hostname). Why no one is seeing this problem and no one wants to address it? I tried downloading Quad9 app, but it does not work either (I guess some IPS is filtering TLS requests in my network, but again why DOH is not used then?).

Yeah, I cannot make Signal display voice call to full screen on Samsung Galaxy S20. It is only displayed as a notification bar. Also on the lock screen it is not displayed at all, it just rings, and there is no even notification bar. When you unlock (actually it has no lock, just swipe) a phone still nothing, you have to open the top notification panel to accept or deny a call. I really need it for elder, that is not able to see a notification bar. I need it to be displayed in full screen, just like a normal call.

Could anyone help on this problem? I'd be grateful.

Finally it got explicit sync and games on wayland run without this flickering. NICE! This is definitely going to be the year of the linux desktop :D

Hey! Anyone encountered this issue, that you cannot screenshare on discord in librewolf? It shows loading forever on others screens (on mine I see it captures the screen just fine). If so, please let me know how to fix it, its pretty annoying. I'll add that sharing works well in ungoogled chromium. So I believe its just some flag that I have to turn on but I don't know which.

TLDR: i complain about samsung's flagship and newer android.

I use samsung flagship phone and it's crazy, how unable I am to use full potential of my phone, just because I don't want to log in to google neither to samsung. I try to use F-droid and Aurora Store whenever possible, but its so bad experience...for maps I use Organic Maps, but google forces it to be installed specifically from Google Play Store to work with Android Auto, so I have to log in every time there is an update. Most of games won't work, because they require being signed-in to google, and thats actually kinda weird..before my phone now I had an old Galaxy S5 Android 6.0 and games there didn't complain that much as here on Android 14 (so the newer android the less privacy you get, while them all companies "focus on privacy", bullshit liars), samsung requires signing-in to usd like 1/10 of the flagship features..It's so sad, as I love samsung's quality, phone is really outstanding, overall all samsung products are very good quality, but pushing these fucking accounts is convincing me not to buy samsung's flagship anymore. We need to finally unite and make some alternative to those close-sourced bloatware, as phone industry is nowhere near to being as free as desktop industry. I feel more free using Windoze than those fucking " smart"phones. Really if you have to buy new smartphone and are into privacy, think twice before you buy samsung..phone itself is great, but software side is a nightmare.
