The baseball team by me does $5 hot dog specials on certain days. $8 ain't atypical for ballpark dogs sadly. Also $10 for nachos is cheaper than I've seen. It's why I'll only go if I can grab $20ish dollar seats, cause after food its closer to $50 for the day per person.

While I agree Math is its own thing, and not inherently Science. Math has a lot of applications in Science and therefore not not something I'd count as out of place here.

I mean if you're just going to subsume everything under "logic", then there really isn't a point in having anything but math.

You can use math to understand literature, but no ones going to agree Math=Literature.

Just because a lot of science uses math doesn't mean Science=Math.

A simple example - "I'm going to name this ant species I discovered the Leggy Ant." - Science (Entomology) sans math.

There is a group called "Cracking the Cryptic" that released a sudoku version called "Miracle Sudoku". That one and their other sudoku versions are the best sudoku puzzles I've ever played.

Seriously, if you like sudoku and want a challenge, these are amazing.

I was actually curious about this. Based on historic data we aren't seeing an increase in recalls (yet). It's possible each recall is worse (affecting more products or people), but I didn't see enough information to analyze that. I suspect that we're really just seeing more news articles because of the really bad lettuce recall.

To be honest, having played both Contrast and South of Midnight, I'm not sure how the studio still exists. Neither of those games were bad, but they also weren't anything beyond mediocre.

South of Midnight might have hit harder if it came out in the 360 era, but it felt very dated on release. The only saving grace was some cool animation and the music.

To me it wasn't bad, but more like a 5/6 out of 10. I'm curious if you agree with that score and if not, what elevates it for you?

Another issue I think the game had was it cost 100million (at least according to Microsoft). Regardless of the quality it certainly didn't sell well enough.

Since I self-host an eBook library using Audiobookshelf an android ereader lets me have full control over my books. Additionally, it means I can load music and games like sudoku on the ereader. Since it doesn't have cell service it's still a great device to disconnect or bring on a commute while still syncing when I'm at home on WiFi.

I have a Boox Palma, which is an android ereader.

For me the form factor is great for commuting and brining to things like sporting events, as it can just got in my pocket. Also, since it runs android I can load any apps I want, letting me use my self hosted eBook library (Audiobookshelf) and access to things like music or sudoku.

Edit: Also the battery is still pretty great, since phones use most of the battery for the screen.

I'm really impressed by the grader's response. They didn't just fail her for not doing the assignment, but broke down why and how her rhetoric is flawed. The fact the school couldn't stand behind this clear and concise feedback just means that Oklahoma doesn't really care about the quality of the work done at their school.

Pretty sure that's most oven/stove top timers as many intermediate steps in baking/cooking require set time intervals, meaning rarely do you want things to turn off when a timer ends.
