ICYMI, Unraid now supports internal boot and TPM licensing
Unraid now supports internal boot
That always seemed like a no-brainer to me.

CookTrace 1.0.0-rc.1: Self-hosted Recipe Manager
Any recipe URL — three engines: schema.org JSON-LD (fast), recipe-scrapers Python library (300+ site-specific extractors), AI Smart mode for sites that block scrapers
So, I can input a url of a recipe, say: https://ciaoflorentina.com/rustic-crusty-bread-recipe/ (no idea who they are, just first search result) and CookTrace imports it correctly? Or are there specific sites that can be imported. How about TikTok recipes? I know, I know.....but my lady friend likes trying recipes off of TikTok. Some actually are very good despite the source. She wouldn't bookmark them, so of course it was a hassle to go find them. I finally found an app called CookGo that would import the recipe off of TikTok in a format we're all used to sans all the chatter.

Cool, I figured TikTok was a long shot. Regardless, I think I'm going to give it a go.

Berlin? Yes, I know it well. I stabbed a woman in a bar in Berlin. I also sexually assaulted a horse in Berlin! ~ Eurotrip
Jokes aside, man that looks sharp! What's the lore behind this? What was your motivation?

My grandparents have Synology NAS, what would you deploy for their use?

Synology
I've never had a Synology so I don't know. I have 5 really old 4 bay ReadyNAS filled with 10 TB drives, and you can't install really anything but maybe SMB and CouchPotato which has more than likely been superseded by something far better.

Well, I'm willing to give a person the benefit of the doubt. OP might be in a timezone where it's night time, work time, who knows. But yeah, some interaction would be nice. OP does seem to have credentials tho: https://tarakiyee.com/author/

[META] Should AI disclosure tags [AI], [NOT AI] be mandated when sharing projects?

I get what you are saying. The downvoting doesn't bother me a bit. You can downvote me in to the stone age and I wouldn't give a shit. The curb stomping, anger, and animosity directed at anything AI tho, I think is out of hand. Every forum I've ever been in has a Rule 1. Few live up to that creed. I don't say this from any moral high ground or superiority whatsoever, but I find it a character flaw not to be able to control yourself as an adult and think 'Yeah I'm staunchly anti-AI. I have very, very strong opinions of it's usage in any circumstance. However, there are 8.4 billion other people who might not share my disgust with AI so I'll just skip on to the next thread.' Agree to disagree in other words.

Well I'll be damned. Of course the law of large numbers dictates someone, somewhere has the same thought.

at least reveal the shortcomings of individual models. Is it a good idea? I don’t know,
I mean I do it, in my rudimentary way, to check for some semblance of consistency. I'm unclear why you think that not a good idea?

some ISPs have done sneaky shit like prioritising speedtest sites, while throttling everything else.
Yes, and I really dislike that. In my estimation, https://speed.cloudflare.com/ gives you a more comprehensive snapshot. Sites like fast.com, or you ISP's own speed test usually concentrate on download speed and don't actually measure under load, along with other variables.

Every model would respond to the same prompt, then every model would evaluate every other model’s response for accuracy and completeness
If I understand correctly I sorta kinda do that. I'll copy and paste one AI's response into another and prompt something like 'Validate AI response: and paste it in. HAHA I thought I was being tricky but you're already on it.

I don’t want something to be tagged to be able to allow people to mass downvote
I commiserate, but they are going to get downvoted one way or another

I think [AI] tags would be good. That way a certain subset of members could just drive-by downvote without getting themselves dirty. [NOT AI] seems redudant since we've already defined [AI], but again for quick filtering purposes, I see no harm in both.

wanted to see what would happen if I made models debate
LOL I kind of do that...sort of. I'll ask several AI the very same question to see what they spit out.
