Timeshift is a great tool for creating incremental backups. Basically it's a frontend for rsync and it works great. If needed you can also use it in CLI

But honestyl it's not your sibling that makes your life worse. It's most likely the pressure you set on yourself to be a "normal" person and the desire to get there. Find room for your negative thoughts, let them be, analyze them and at best find a therapist to talk to. They can help you through this and at least give you tools how to get around this. Don't sit in this spiral of negativity and do nothing about it. This is a garantueed way to get a depression

Generell Stimme ich da zu, allerdings bin ich bspw. auch eher vom Kaliber "Ich weiß nicht großartig was ich schreiben soll". Da Lemmy das leider nicht so recht abbildet ist es halt Schade das unsere Zielgruppe "wegrationalisiert" wird. Nun ja immerhin motiviert es ein klein wenig zu schreiben :D

Nicht jeder Support funktioniert locker flockig auf Vertrauensbasis :) Aber bei vielen Dingen die nicht zwingend Ausgenutzt werden können, finde ich schon das jeder gute Supporter in einem entsprechenden Support eine solch, in der Regel, lapidare Arbeit verrichten darf und sollte.

PS: Nicht vergessen gibt auch noch Supporter in Konzernen wo alles strikt nach Prozess laufen muss :)
