It's been a long four years.

A number of personal struggles over that time has gotten in the way of me finishing this jeep, but even more recent changes in my life have forced me to get this done ASAP. I busted my ass and got it on all fours this past weekend. I don't think my body has ever felt this beat up from working, but I survived and so will my jeep. I was close to giving up on the thing at times, but my wiser self told me I would regret it the rest of my life.

A buddy of mine let me borrow his XT250 (I don't have a car right now) which was a godsend. It was fun getting the wheels and tires to the shop. I had to make two trips!

My project XJ has been on hold for two years for a number of reasons. I have to walk by my rusty front end every time I do laundry, and man is it satisfying to finally see some progress.
