I read some dharma at least weekly if not daily, struggle thru weekly seated meditation, and recite the Loving Kindness meditation daily. But I don't have a Sangha near me and likely wouldn't join one even if there was one available.
I am still working full-time remote. There are definitely some social aspects of going to the office I miss, but I really don't miss the commute or the shitty office politics. Overall I feel I am still more productive from home and happier overall.

Sorry if this seems like a stupid question but it pretty much says it all in the title. I've read a few guides but they don't seem to answer my questions about posting. I quit Facebook and Twitter over 10 years ago and this is my first social media account since then.
