A discussion on GenAI in Anarchist communities

Reply in thread

A bit off-topic: I'm looking to de-rust my calculus and linear algebra skills. I have taken courses on Machine Learning and Deep Learning but they were mostly applied rather than theory. I could explain most operations and phenomena like exploding/diminishing gradient but I'm not sure if I could explain it in a formulaic way. I tried taking RL course, and while I understand the concepts, when it comes to understanding the formulas I found myself quite lost. I feel like I have forgotten some of the foundations.

Any book / course you'd recommend for this? I even thought about paying for something like Brilliant but I'm very hesitant about that.

Delete GrapheneOS? WTF?!

author should have used another title: video is about attacks that GrapheneOS has been receiving by media, past developers and other state institutions. It's actually a bit informative on that issue, but the ragebait title is very stupid.

EU fails to uphold the ICC arrest warrant once again

I have been wondering what would be the procedure / protocol for this. Whatever government deploys a couple of fighter jets, they intercept the plane, command them to land, and the plane refuses, what then? Who the f*ck has the guts to escalate from there?

legally required to down the airplane Really? Honest doubt not trying to be sarcastic.

Moroccan whistleblower reveals how Rabat used Israel's Pegasus spyware for surveillance

Moroccan government is deeply tied to the Zionist entity. Their use of Pegasus has been known for many years, including allegedly infecting the phone of Spain's PM Pedro Sanchez. But the worst of this relation with the Zionazis is how, in these past months, they have been making purchases of Elbit drones and using them to strike the opposition in Western Sahara. Truly despicable.
