Have you talked to a medical malpractice lawyer about your original diagnosis? Most will do an initial consult for free and work on contingency. In this rock-paper-scissor world lawyer beats doctor.

We had this same problem and did just this. 3 years later still no changes. Until my dad happened to be complaining about it at a party and was introduced to a friend of a friend that worked at Google with the maps team. Was finally fixed a week later. So yea a path exists but 3 years is a long time to wait for a simple fix.

Whenever I see one I just think of the Pontiac Aztec and what a flop it was.

Do y'all have any suggestions on how to stimulate an unruly puppy?
To help stimulate our dog when she was older, I got a kiddie pool and a several packs of plastic balls, like for a kid's ball pit. Than hid treats in the pit for her to search. She loved it and it would keep her entertained even after all the snacks were found.

Planes can also move out of the way of other planes, and have air traffic controllers directing them. Space junk doesn't do that, and while I agree that space junk isn't "crowding" space at this point in time. It does appear to be ever growing and it is just a matter of time before an important satellite is taken down due to neglecting this ever growing space junk problem.
