I recommend reading about the so called "Spanish Flu". It cilled several million, mostly young and healthy people. Good luck if your army caches this type of flu during war.

Keepassxc is a good choice, in the long run. It uses an open standard to save the passwords, and is supported by many clients. Consider using syncthing, if you want to sync the password files directly between your different devices. (In case you don't want a cloud solution)

Es ist wirklich kaum zu fassen! Verstehen die Verantwortlichen nicht, dass Sie damit ideale Voraussetzungen für einen Überwachungsstaat/ eine Diktatur schaffen würden? Nicht alle EU-Staaten sind Freunde von Rechtsstaatlichkeit. Und wir haben im letzten Jahrhundert bereits genug schlechte Erfahrungen mit Überwachung gemacht. Hallo Spanien? Die eigene Diktatur schon vergessen? Hallo Deutschland? DDR? Nazi- Regime? Alles schon vergessen?
