Did I just bricked my laptop? I reinstalled ubuntu but after rebooting it would fall into bootloop with a "reset system" message. In the tutorial I read that sometimes it helps to enable secure boot, well I did that but now I can't get into BIOS/UEFI at all. Laptop: lenovo thinkpad x1 carbon 3rd Anyone could help somehow?

If the owner of the standard notes will now be a proton, doesn't that contradict this principle? I have a proton email account but I don't want it linked to my standard notes account. I don't strongly trust companies that offer packaged services like google or Microsoft. I prefer to have one service from one company.
