Felipe Massa can continue part of 'Crashgate' legal action, High Court judge rules - BBC Sport

It sounds like the judge is saying that in essence, Massa could potentially prove negligence in the FIA not fulfilling their obligation to govern and enforce their rules by investigating the matter timely, but that he cannot ask to be declared champion on hypothetical grounds (ie, the assumption that the race would've been annulled and he would've become champion at the end of the season).

Whoa dude; it's not his fault the roster has been bleeding talent for years. He's only the GM! If anything he deserves a promotion; that's the move that terrifies me as a NE fan 🤥

Celtics' Jaylen Brown Addresses Growing Gambling Scandal Surrounding NBA

Maybe it's not that he isn't intelligent, but that you didn't understand what he was saying… He was asked a question about what he thinks of the scandal and gambling in relation to the NBA, and he's telling you how it affected him. Him pointing out that other people benefitted once again in the back of their work while the players took all of the detriment, does not imply he thinks it would've been fine otherwise; in fact he acknowledges the integrity issues. Maybe his point is that the situation gives incentive to people like Billups and Rozier because the league wants to have it both ways while they make their money off gambling.
