I eat upwards of 4000kcal a day usually less tho tbf and I am fairly tall but not giant. When I say I eat trash I mean proper trash and I binge it alot of the time I'm still technically underweight tho I think. IMO I've noticed I put on ALOT more weight when eating proper whole foods instead of js empty calories or fastfood or whatever and I can't eat as much whole food

But on the flipside that's pretty much all I eat and I'm skinny AF also I usually lose weight when I eat only fastfood like when dominos had a voucher exploit for a whole summer as a kid

I doubt it. People don't mention when they're young (except in some specific cases like this). Young people can't compare things to a time they didn't live so only older people mention their age usually. I'm 17 rn been on the fediverse since 16 or maybe 15 I don't really remember.

Edit: I personally feel actively discouraged from mentioning my age (even irl i look older) not cause of safety or anything but I js feel like I'll be treated differently when people know I'm younger. Its happened quite often to me both IRL and online where I'll notice a distinct shift in tone after they know how young I am

The only reason that is is because of racism nej. By only seeing the world as the places that are filled w white people while I don't think u mean to at all and its not your fault its the rich peoples fault but the language creates a world view where black and Asian and brown people aren't people only white people are.

I always took that to mean until u achieve inner peace u cannot effectively grow that close to someone without hurting them. If ur together for long enough ull end up sharing a few traits negative included.

Edit:obvs I don't think inner peace is like getting rid of negative traits entirely but if u truly love and accept yourself then u will accept ur negative traits too and thus ull be less harmful if someone grows that close

Same I found piano quite easy. Although I can't work a normal job or even walk some days so yk playing the piano isn't everything

But like my depression isn't caused by thinking "I am depressed" is my identity itscauseed by uncontrollable environmental factors. It sounds good for normal people but it won't help the people its meant to. If you think you can fix my sadness because of my experience w discrimination in pretty much every part of my life by js changing the way I identify with sadness go ahead but like good luck is all I'm saying.

But if it shapes how I think subconsciously it would've had an effect.

Exactly I've never needed a gun I think its purely marketing and social expectations causing Americans to default to "muh guns" when someone's mentioned self defense. Like if ur up against guns js wear body armour at all times rather than trying to be john wick.

I've been stabbed too. Ive never felt the need to carry a gun. I face a lot of risk anytime I leave my house esp rn acc due to political unrest essentially I still don't feel the need for guns yet the government do feel the need for arming trained police (known for corruption and violence where I'm from) who I think are a lot more likely to kill me than someone w a knife. As I mentioned tho I still don't feel the need to arm myself against those people infact doing so would worsen the situation as I'd be more of a threat and could be further used for the narrative justifying the arming of police in the first place

Edit: if an unarmed person is shot by police even if its attempted to be covered up the people who were there will know what happened. if I try to shoot the police because im threatened and they shoot back that's going to worsen things. I don't see how its better to carry a gun in this situation
