Welcome! We need new ideas!

I will work on the header graphic more. I know, its not perfect. I did it fast. The comm name needs to be a brighter color. I'm adding 'noise rock' and others to the list. Might use a different word cloud app if a better one turns up.
(Edit ... this is done for now. Used a different color palette, transparent background, made an icon graphic too. There will be further changes.)

I have no idea how to manage a "who's on tour" calendar. I would be happy to link to and contribute to someone else's calendar. Or I could fukin make something. I'm a not very talented developer of sorts. But it would make a lot more sense to support someone else's efforts. My coding is as bad as my artwork.

I'm still considering interviews. So far, I've discovered that if you go to the show, you can corner opening band members while they are selling merch. Bored band members that are quite glad to hear anyone is interested in them. I do not have my act together enough to yet consider video interviews. I'm not even sure I want my ugly mug on the internet. Much is still undecided there.

[CW: Animal Cruelty] 370 billion crickets are farmed for food every year. Scientists have discovered they may feel pain

Don't much care about the sensations that crickets, or even lobster may have.
On the other hand, I've spent a lot of time around cows. They know what's going on. I love beef, but I could not kill a cow. Pigs are fukin smart, and I eat a lot of pork.
My perspective would certainly change if I wasn't able to buy my food in nice clean packages. I might eat less meat if I had to kill it, but I really doubt I'd quit.

A high-fat, low-carbohydrate diet can feed intestinal tumours

Shitting was not a problem. Shitting blood was the issue.
Your gut bugs need fiber to eat. Or they will eventually eat you.
You cannot maintain a healthy microbiome without fiber.
The older you get, the less your guts can tolerate the type of self-abuse you are pushing here.
Additionally, fiber consumption has a dramatic impact on cholesterol processing. That's actually what finally brought me to the table for a balanced meal.
