I think wages should be increased and tip if the service is good, not force those employees to live off of only tips.

You can, you just go to your feed list, click the three dots on the feed you want to change the sort for and click "override sort" and change it to what you want

This. If it is windows pro, you will need to select for personal use, and after entering something like [email protected] and a gibberish password it will prompt you for a local account.
