We don't live in hypothetical land. We live in the real world we're what you are suggesting doesn't really happen. Where a majority of abortions happen in the first trimester and are not done in a whim. Your hypothetical sounds smart but is mussing on reasons why the sky is green. If it is at all profitable, from an advertiser stand point, to continue hyper-targeting advertisements to Americans(or any other country across the globe not covered by regulation) they will do it.
They have an obligation to their shareholders to fuck over users/costumers as much as possible.
