You could use something like SteamAutoCracker (SAC) or Goldberg, both are available on Github. A lot of smaller indie games don't have any DRM, so you can play them without steam or on another computer once you've copied the files. For games that have 3rd party DRM like denuvo, you're better off just downloading a cracked version of a game if it exists, since that DRM is borderline impossible to remove on your own
