From my experience it is lacking info in many places. I usually go on Yelp and search “gluten” or “gluten free” but that’s not foolproof either. I’ve seen false positives if a review mentions no gf options, and false negatives when gf isn’t mentioned in the metadata even if the menu has gf options.

When I posted this, the “expand here” button would let you watch the video in a frame without opening the link. But now it just opens a frame with

401 Authorization Required openresty/1.21.4.1

I have Mlem (also TestFlight) but found it lacking in most features. I mostly use the wefwef.app as a PWA and it’s pretty good despite some bugs or ux decisions I disagree with such as not being able to search for posts/comments/communities/users at the same time (and url searches not working)

Hasn’t this been known for a while? It’s still really tasty tho lol

The lemmy.world website has an option to search within a specific community. (The UI is different from what I suggested but the functionality should be there)

It’s definitely giving me Disney movie main character enters The Inspiring Area^TM^ for the first time. Or any children’s action/adventure movie. It’s giving whimsy + nature/magic or whimsy + futuristic/factory or campy ceremony (Graduation? Wedding?)
