Deloitte will refund Australian government for AI hallucination-filled report
Whoever did that report along with the reviewer should be fired for that. AI is just a tool, not a freaking replacer.

Colapinto pleads with fans to be respectful after Tsunoda abuse
Still not enough as his fans had been insufferable towards Doohan and did nothing to address that.

Digital Foundry's Video Follow-up to DLSS 5 is Much More Nuanced
They've been nothing but a mouthpiece for Nvidia's trash since RTX. It's hilarious how they're trying to gaslight when we know they're full of it.

In what way? The most stable Linux is far better than what Microsoft could yank out of their AI asses. Debian and Red Hat has been the staple of many servers around the globe. Hell, this Lemmy instance might be on one of those.
It's only when you tinker around too hard and fast then you have problems in Linux. But there are ways to get things back on track easily compared to Windows.

Windows seemingly lost 400 million users in the past three years — official Microsoft statements show hints of a shrinking user base
Would say that the businesses are still propping up Windows hard whilst the personal space is pretty much dying. I mean, most of the younger generation are using tablets or phones more than a PC these days. I would argue that unless you're in need of that power, those tablets or phones could do everything they need like drawing, gaming or streaming.
If businesses gave Microsoft the flick, it would devastate their bottom line a lot.

Angela Cullen spotted in Ferrari garage
It is odd that she left Hamilton like that in 2023. Wonder if she knew about the deals and Mercedes wanted her gone?

CBA has always chased the wrong things anyway. Hell, I wouldn't be surprised if they did that to stop the bots from revealing ML or stuff like that.

72% of devs believe Steam has a monopoly on PC games, according to study

That's a nightmare minefield you're insisting on as the meaning of art can be skewed. Does the Triumph of Will count as a film or a propaganda film? Does the Wolf Warrior series count as propaganda? Steam probably doesn't want to be dragged into another legal issues like in Australia so that's the choice they've made.
And it's not like you cannot get it anywhere else. There are plenty of other places like GOG as you said or Dlsite or others I wouldn't mention.
