[RVX PLAYBACK ISSUE FIX] Latest ReVanced, RVX, ReX and RVX Android 5-7 Builds [Last updated: 16.05.24]

#Important:

To use the new builds you need to use new Micro G versions. First you need to uninstall your old Micro G version. Then you need to install one of the 3 versions listed below:

After you've done that make sure to disable Battery Optimizations.

  • Settings > Battery > 3-dots menu > Battery optimization > All apps > microG Services > Don't optimize. OR microG Settings > Self check > Tap Disable battery optimization. (not tap the checkbox, tap the text) (Ignore other self check items. It's not related to ReVanced GmsCore)

RVX (recontinued & experimental playback fix):

Compiled on RVX Manager v1.20.2 (inotia00) with Revanced Extended patches v4.8.0-dev.6. You can also patch the apps yourself but if you don't have time for it, simply don't want to do it or don't know how to do it you can use my builds.

Youtube RVX v19.16.39:

To fix the playback issues use the latest YouTube RVX Build and try to enable the following features:

  • My profile -> Settings -> ReVanced Extended -> Miscellaneous -> Experimental Flags -> Spoof format stream data (Enable this first and test if it works if it doesn't try the second feature and disable this one again)
  • My profile -> Settings -> ReVanced Extended -> Miscellaneous -> Experimental Flags -> Spoof test client (This feature should work but it will break a lot of YouTube features if it also doesn't work or you don't want to loose any YouTube features check out this post)

YT Music RVX v6.51.52:

In version 6.31.55 YouTube removed the Old Layout Code so any version over 6.29.58 can't revert to the old Layout anymore

I did this because you can't watch any videos on them anymore because YouTube changed how Videos are being tracked and the only fix would be to use the Micro G versions which don't work with the currently outdated patches by Inotia though. If anybody still wants to download the latest RVX versions for whatever reason you can still do that on this post all the versions before that post won't be downloadable anymore though. For anybody that still has these builds installed update to ReX or switch back to original ReVanced.

When updating from YouTube v18.33.40 or lower to YouTube v18.34.xx or later, a clean install is recommended. To import and export your Settings just tap your profile picture -> Settings -> ReVanced Extended -> Miscellaneous -> Export/Import.

How to install stable Android 14 on Motorola Edge 30 Ultra without the need to Root (Desktop or OTG)

Download:

Information:

  • Ensure that your device is on the stock ROM.
  • No data loss or factory reset is required.
  • The update will not alter your device update channel.
  • No Root is required.

Installation:

  • Download the zip and copy it to: INTERNAL STORAGE -> ANDROID -> DATA -> COM.MOTOROLA.CCC.OTA -> FILES (with a Desktop or OTG)
  • Navigate to update settings.
  • The system will automatically reboot and the update will be installed.

The unstable build always contains a version that isn't supported because ReVanced Extended has been discontinued I'll try to patch the latest YT music versions as long as most patches work. At the moment all patches somehow get included without any errors but only when I force stop RVX Manager and clear the cache before patching if I don't do it it won't patch.

When updating from YouTube v18.33.40 or lower to YouTube v18.34.xx or later, a clean install is recommended. To import and export your Settings just tap your profile picture -> Settings -> ReVanced Extended -> Miscellaneous -> Export/Import.

In version 6.31.55 YouTube removed the Old Layout Code so any version over 6.29.58 can't revert to the old Layout anymore

The unstable build always contains a version that isn't supported because ReVanced Extended has been discontinued I'll try to patch the latest YT music versions as long as most patches work. Revanced Extended has now finally been discontinued | Last Patch v2.220.1 has been released

Today Inotia00 released the last patches update (v2.220.1). Thank you Inotia00 for the work, time and effort you've put into the project.

In case you want to continue using ReVanced Extended exclude some patches to get it compatible with YT Music v6.34.51+ and for Reddit the supported versions got restricted but the patches are expected to be compatible regardless of the version. If you want to use more updated patched apps migrate to ReVanced. c/revancedextendedapks will continue to provide prebuilts for ReVanced Extended and try to update the builds as long as most patches still work. Normal ReVanced prebuilts and the ReVanced for Android 5-7 prebuilts will continue to update normally.
