Unbiased AI Rule

But this is accurate. Columbus was an explorer, that was his mission. I've read his letters to Spain and he wanted to find bounty for the Spanish crown to convince them to give him more money. He murdered, tortured, enslaved kidnapped, interrogated, and raped people to find even more bounty. But he was an explorer, not a conquistador or conqueror. Those were military positions.

This post is ignorant.

I admit that I secretly am disgusted by people like this but taking their photo, or anyone's, and putting it online to mock is fucking evil and wrong in every way.

The Glasses! They do NOTHING rule.

True story: Today I was on my college campus in California, on the quad, hoping to admire the partial eclipse today. Some enterprising young woman next to me was selling glasses for three bucks. I saw some people buy some and decided what the hell. Unfortunately the only thing she had left was some kind of monocle. I bought it anyway and enjoyed the partial eclipse. After around 10 minutes of looking on and off, I sat down to read the text on the monocle. It said it was exclusively for phone use and under no circumstances was it to be used for viewing with your eye. Saying it could cause serious damage. Thankfully no pain so far, but I hope I didn't do any kind of serious damage. I've had anxiety about it ever since. The seller said to not worry about it and it would be fine. She had no idea either. Lovely!

Dresses are pretty rule

I was literally playing as a girl before it was cool in the early-00s (as a straight cis guy). My friends called me gay or thought it was weird and so did other gamer guys. Now all my friends do it and it's popular in general (again, in relation to straight cis guys).

I sometimes want to play as a guy now because it's too mainstream and I'm a hipster asshole. Only half kidding.

Genocide Joe Rule

Genocide Joe? The US isn't committing genocide, it isn't even a proxy war. It completely adds a level of responsibility on Biden that isn't his to bare. I'm not saying he has none, but that's farcical.

supportive father rule

Any community that lives in mortal danger should own and carry guns in This Great Nation™. When my friend transitioned, I pleaded for her to get a purse-gun—California conceal-carry laws be damned. She got some tiny Glock .22 or 9mm. Made me feel better at night that's for sure, especially where she lives. Edit: Where she lives isn't the hood... It's red/purple conservative that's very behind the times.

Ohhhh that's why they have such a boner for Team Blue all the time. You just solved a mystery for me.

A little while ago I read part of a review where the author goes on and on about this latest and greatest AMD processor and how shit it was because it was way too powerful and really you should just buy a Intel CPU that is way slower and just as expensive, if not more so. Because you don't really need that much power do you? Or more money in your pocket? Give poor little indie developer Intel a try. I couldn't continue reading.

I was flabbergasted, yet impressed by the audacity of such a claim that has zero reasonable logic. Now it all makes sense.

To fend off tourists, a town in Japan is building a big screen blocking the view of Mount Fuji

I used to live in Japan and around 50% of Japanese were sweet, friendly, welcoming and accommodating. 35% purposefully ignored or avoided me. And 15% were snide, bitter, racist, exclusionary, angry, rude assholes who can get fucked and/or need to go traveling to see that the world doesn't revolve around them. One of the sweet ones even shouted down, literally, one of the assholes who harassed me in the subway.

Come at me weebs. Except with "that's literally any country" bullshit. Japan is unique in this way.
