How do you lose alot of fat quickly with no exercise?

I've been a bodybuilder for six months and this is my take. The diet is big. Remove excess junk from your food and focus on eating nutrient dense foods. I go hard and measure all my food in grams so I have consistency with my food. Do you have to do this monk level BS? No but I'm pushing myself for health reasons and want to see where it will take me. If you can do four to five meal breaks per day. You just eat a lot less per sitting. It helps keep hunger pains away and I never feel like I'm starving or so full I'll burst.

If you find your caloric needs per day you can slowly enter a deficit. KEY. Deficit is not starving yourself. So don't think you can do 1/2 your daily needs and magic will happen. Something will happen but not what you'll want in the end.

Be safe. Be smart. Good luck.

YSK Tips for a Winter Storm

Something I picked up when driving in Wisconsin is if you are driving and need to change lanes take your foot off the acceleration pedal if there is a layer of Snow/slush/ice between the lanes. If the tires slip your not adding power to the wheels. Also take your time and slowly drift into the lane. It's not a race.

A tip someone gave me if you can't see the lane markers well is to slowly move towards the rumble strip. This can help you know where the edge of the road is.

I suggest you keep a reflective jacket or vest in the car just so you can be seen IF you need to get out of the car if you get stuck or putting on chains.

National pride is declining in America. And it's splitting by party lines, new Gallup polling shows

What did we expect? Government is looking out for itself or anyone big enough to pay for a seat at the table.

Republicans appear to be driven by hate and ignorance of the things they do

Democrats appear to do nothing for the people either.

We have lost faith in the courts ability to stand up for the rule of law. Sure we protest. Yell at our elected officials but at the end of the day it seems like we keep picking the worst thing and diving head first.

I know I'm projecting a bit here but it's so exhausting to keep up and it wears us out

Sure keep voting for what you want and what not. Doesn't help with it's red vs blue and both sides are a shit sandwich and the only choice for sides are bigotry or compliances.

Something else I would do I find a large open parking lot and intentionally drive in a way to make my car lose traction. This way I could practice my over steer, counter steer. Sure it was fun to play in the snow but I wanted to make sure I had a controlled setting to do this. Just be careful of light poles and other obstacles.

Where is Linux not working well in your daily usage? Share your pain points as of 2026, so we can respectfully discuss

Minor issue is the vulken shaders that load before I play a game. Most of the time it's quick and only done after an update but some games do take a long time.

Also having issues where Wine freezes up when running applications. Sometimes for close to two minutes before responding. I haven't looked into this one yet as it just happened recently.

Bazzite with Nvidia GPU of this matters.

Non pain point not having the system install updates during my "focus" time and bringing the system to a crawl until I let it finish.

Retired WoW players, how does that part of your life shade your current life?

I left because of things the company was doing. I liked being part of a community that aligned with my interests.

I miss being able to play with people like that. The challenge of raids were fun and I took a lot of pride in the progress we were making.

Honestly it's been lonely. I've tried to play other games with people but it felt disconnected and eventually I walked away from that and only played single player games.
