This is because Israel and Russia both likely received blackmail material from Epstein, and are pressuring Trump with that blackmail today. This was always the stick to keep Trump in line. The meme is wrong because Netanyahu is happy with Trump, while Putin isn't. I believe it is much more likely that Putin is pushing the Epstein narrative now to replace a disobedient Trump with Vance, as Putin and Heritage can do a lot sans Trump.
