Can anyone help me identify this touch sensor module from a UK home bathroom light switch?

The IC is a QT113 charge transfer touch sensor, the only writing on the board is SAT 02.

I'd like to know enough about it to order replacements.

I learned the basics as a kid, just like how the pieces move and what is legal. I don't feel like I have ever managed to develop a sense of strategy, and I both think that I need to think for too long about each move, but also still make obvious mistakes like not noticing a threat and losing a piece for no gain.

What would be the best way for a player of my level to improve? Read a book about openings? Follow through games by great players? Obviously part of it will be play lots of chess, is there a particularly good website/app for this? Is playing against humans better than bots?

I'm not likely to have access to much in person games like a club or anything, this would be something in looking to do in my spare time, as and when possible.

Maybe not 100% on topic, but I think there will be people in here who value repairing things and keeping them going longer.

I have a front loading washing machine (clothes) where the inner metal drum that spins is no longer sitting in the right position inside the larger plastic watertight container. It was still being driven to turn, but was rubbing at some point and so struggling to spin, and vibrations were bad. I don't know how things are connected inside there but I'm imagining a bearing or two inside has failed. I don't see any sign of other damage to other parts like the motor or the springs.

Is that likely to be something reasonably easy to repair myself? I'm happy enough disconnecting and reconnecting the electrical connections, but would you need any specialist tools for the seals or big springs? Or maybe the whole watertight part is a single piece and not designed to be repaired inside?

What would be the acceptability of this in your workplace? For context, which country and industry are you in?

I guess I'm mainly thinking about professional jobs, but interested to hear from. I think in France it would be quite common to have a glass of wine, even at a work canteen or so. But in the UK it seems like people would think that was a problem, and in a lot of cases you'd be in violation of something at work.

My use case: I'm an engineering student, I need something with a lot of storage, hopefully SSD (right not I have MatLab, Anaconda and KiCAD taking up most of my 128 GB HD, and I had to uninstall the STM32 cube IDE from lack of storage), and reasonable processing performance so I can actually run these things at a reasonable rate. I need to stay within the windows/ms office world to simplify collaborating and file sharing etc. I'm not using it for gaming. Don't need a massive screen, or touchscreen or anything fancy. HDMI port would be reasonably important.

I want it to last me at least the next 4-5 years, and I'm hoping to not spend more than about £300.

I know a lot of people reccomend ThinkPads, what's a good model to get cheap at the moment? Or any other suggestions?

Is Windows 11 so bad that I should only be looking at ones that come with Windows 10 installed?

Edit: Thanks to everyone for taking the time to advise me, I've ordered a refurbished T480 with 1TB ssd, plenty of ram, and a 1 year warranty for £340.

I've been doing secret Santa with my family the last few years, but the webapps we use are always so annoying to use. You get an email every time your giftee updates their list or answers a question, but you need to sign in to the ad-riddled platform to see what is going on. You can make a wishlist, but only through links to Amazon.

Isn't there a better way?
