What are some of your favorite, must-read sci-fi and fantasy novels that transported you to other worlds? I want to get lost in a story and world.

When I am on the home page, and just select like “hot” or “new” the posts are constantly like refreshing or scrolling. Am I missing something? Can I turn this off or make it so new ones only get loaded when I refresh? Thanks in advance!

Anyone ever been to one of these concerts where an orchestra plays music from the movies? I’m going to one in 3 weeks and am really looking forward to it. I’m hoping they show scenes from the movies during the songs.
