Assuming that's true, then just bricking them all sounds like it might even be the ethically correct move.

The issue has now been commented on and was closed by the maintainer, where they explained why those blocks would be nonsense.

Hilariously, the issue creator still hasn't given up and is now trying to communicate with the maintainer privately. 🙃

It might take a lot more effort, but I don't think this will be the end. Google is required by law to label ads as such, giving these tools an opportunity to detect and skip them.

Just to give a bit of context: This comes after two months of outright refusal to do even the bare minimum, like transferring the Steam Store listings for games where the devs had full ownership of the IP.

People will turn everything into a Discord server nowadays, no matter how bad of a match it is. I've even seen a Github project disabling their Issue tracker in favor of Discord, which is completely insane to me.

In this case it was most likely she herself. The original black and white comic has the name, but the colorized version was most likely been taken from her shop (link), which doesn't feature the name.

I'm however impressed by how utterly the person copying the picture messed up the picture. Not only is the crop completely awful, but they also tried to "restore" the comic by giving it a digital look, over-saturating everything in the process, including the JPEG artifacts of the original photo.

In the README there's also instructions for Docker Compose, although it's quite the compose file, with SIXTEEN containers defined. Not something I'd want to self-host.

Thankfully, while I have a smart plug from them, I've made sure that it's a Zigbee powered one, meaning it's directly connected to my Home Assistant server over it's own frequency/protocol, no app required. Guess that choice is paying off now.

Not sure how standard this is, but on Pixel phones the default is no auto rotation, but when the phone detects rotation it will display a tiny rotate button in the corner of the screen for just a few seconds. Best of both worlds IMO.

Only sort of related, but it's kind of insane how many different phones Samsung releases. Checking GSMArena, they've apparently released an average of two phones per month over the last year.

First up, this fork is specifically about the Android client, not any other ones.

The fork of that always had some nice mobile battery saving features added, but morr importantly, the original version has been discontinued.

At the very least their AI Integration Philosophy has a good and nuanced view on the topic. So as long as they actually stick to that those ideas when integrating features it should be fine.
