Boy does it feel good to have those reports and understand the work you guys do. It's really inspiring! Thanks for your hard work, everything has been silk smooth! This instance is really great, Lemmy and its devs are really amazing and I feel at home in a nice, cozy community.

For me at least, I found here the same kind of content I used Reddit for, so as long as these stay around I have good reason to do so.

I also like the federation "movement", (imo) it feels more cozy and enhances the sense of a community.

Being opt-out instead of opt-in is icky. I don't have much faith in RedHat related projects after the recent debacles (RHEL trying to kill off Alma and Rocky and Fedora's project manager being fired with no replacement).

As a Fedora user, I'm really tired of being disappointed. Gonna wait for my vacation to switch to Debian.
