Sounds like none of the bills address the actual problem, just the "I didn't know it cost so much" issue. Which will not stop anyone from getting the loans as they are pressured into university.

If choices like this truly kill it, there week be fewer communities that make this choice. Federation will win out in the end, it's just still the wild west stage right now.
