Outrage as Republican says 1921 Tulsa massacre not motivated by race

I still remember KKK rallies being held in American towns back in the 1980's, they were all over television

Don't f****ing tell me America isn't racist, that's a bold faced lie and it's a lie that we've known about for so many decades which is why children have a right to know, and ought to know, the truth. Keeping the truth from them isn't going to solve anything. When America deals with it's demons out in the open, for everyone to see it brings more of us together

David Duke was in the Louisiana House when I was alive

David Ernest Duke (born July 1, 1950) is an American politician, author, white supremacist, antisemitic conspiracy theorist, and former Grand Wizard of the Knights of the Ku Klux Klan. From 1989 to 1992, he was a member of the Louisiana House of Representatives for the Republican Party

Black fisherman repeatedly confronted by white neighbors, who ask what he’s doing there

"I’m not afraid of anybody,” Gibson said. “But do I want to get out of this house and go fishing and do any of that stuff around here anymore? Hell to the no."

No Offence but this is how racism wins, this end result was entirely what the racist wanted and they got it. They don't have to lynch you to kick you out of a neighborhood, just mildy harrass you to the point where a person self segregates and then what? I mean the end goal is the same for the racist at the end of the day. Don't give them the satisfaction

Illegal medical lab containing bioengineered mice and infectious agents including HIV and herpes discovered in California

Reply in thread

Well, because it is actually

The county also discovered nearly 1,000 bioengineered mice. Wang Zhaolin, a representative of Prestige Biotech – the company operating the lab – told county investigators that the mice were genetically engineered to catch and carry the COVID-19 virus

I mean if you don't want conspiracy theories to spread then don't make them true to begin with

Does Texas A&M’s botched hire spell doom for classroom diversity? Some say yes

Affirmative Action helped get rid of all white classrooms and workplaces, it worked. Taking it away means we're just going to go back to an all white America. I'm sorry to tell you this but people are not inherently good or bad, we have to make laws like AA otherwise things would never change. We had to force the South to desegregate at gun point

A deeply racist state like Texas is never going to have racial equality without being forced to, just like the South was never going to desegregate unless forced to

And in California where they got rid of AA in 1996, Black attendance in higher education immediately dropped and it hasn't even recovered yet to what it was before 1996
