I just love the new Frost+Tenet Glaxion build with all the freeze/cold arcanes and augments, everything just fits so well and it makes for a perfectly balanced well-rounded frame.

You want massively increased crit damage on enemies that are frozen in place?

Do you like infinite energy orbs?

A weapon with excellent ammo economy and awesome looking chain effects capable of freezing and then shattering entire rooms within seconds?

Excellent armor strip and overguard generation on the same ability?

Want to support allies by also giving them overguard and additional cold damage on all weapons?

A built-in helminth slot (rip ability #2)?

A build that actually feels like it has perfect synergy and every part of it plays well with each other?

These are all good changes but I can't help but feel like they are missing the forest for the trees. I personally don't use companions for their damage output or sth like that, and I doubt the majority does either - I use them for vacuum, for enemy/loot radar, and for charm. Everything else is pretty much irrelevant, we don't really need them to do damage or cc enemies or buff our warframes or strip armor or anything of the sort, warframes do it better, faster and overall more reliably.

Them addressing survivability is a good thing but they seem to be missing the point of why it mattered in the first place. Sure, my kubrow will now be more difficult to kill and it can always be revived... but do I have any reason, besides flavor, to take it over smeeta, vulpaphyla or even the djinn?

And that's all assuming that doubling their EHP is enough and that they still provide vacuum while incapacitated (which Pablo didn't want to say yet if it was the case). If they keep dying and not giving constant vacuum uptime, then panzer still automatically wins every time?

I really like the consistency of that character being able to do that, and even use the iconic fist slam! I was surprised they can do it there, at that point of time though, but it is a logical continuation so it doesn't feel like that much of a deus ex machina

Huh, tenet envoy is that popular? I don't remember ever seeing it and I kinda dismissed it after lvling it for mastery

Oh yeah the "doors" teaser - I thought it was about specific corpus doors but later they continued the theme with other doors, like the one to the quill enclave on cetus, so it's hard to say what it is teasing. Could have something to do with Wally since, after all - we use doors to go through walls, right? :D

I'm very afraid of how they handle Wally to be honest, the issue with paranormal/supernatural/eldritch media is that it kinda loses all its appeal once the author tries to actually explain it. I really hope he doesn't ever become a boss we fight, for example - it would kinda ruin the whole thing for me I think. But I do want more stories, I just don't want to wait years between them. The second dream was in 2015 and war within in 2016! And then we had chains of harrow and the amazing sacrifice by middle of 2018. New war and duviri really took a lot out of them ever since.

I haven't used Arca T. in a long time so I decided to give it a try since it was already upgraded a bit and this shit is just ridiculous in the simulacrum! Basically just galvanized reflex, seismic wave and crit mods, even without any capacitor charges, basically wipe out any battle group in one or two slams!

I bound the heavy attack on a mouse side button so it's not as bad, but there's still the drawback that it doesn't pull the melee weapon out if you're in mid air like regular E does, you have to swing it once before jumping and then heavy attack.

They improved it in a recent hotfix but yeah, they are difficult to find. For me the easiest thing is just circle around the lock and check every little container white square in vicinity, eventually you find it.

SP circuit for sure! Really strikes the right balance between challenging and power fantasy for me. I wish the rewards and replayability were a bit higher but the content itself is pretty fun.
